-For full papers- Please send the full paper(word+pdf) to Submission System. Submission System （For Chinese Authors） Submission System (For Foreign Authors) * If the paper needs to be published, Please submit the full paper. All accepted full paper, the author have to make an oral presentation or a poster presentation. Otherwise, the paper will not be published. -For abstracts- Only collect abstract information, collect and produce it into a volume for communication, and do not publish it. * Click on the link below to submit the abstracts. After a careful reviewing process, for all the approved abstracts, the Conference Secretary will contact the author in time to complete the registration and payment. Abstract only（For Chinese Authors） Abstract only（For Foreign Authors） * All authors who only submit abstracts have to make an oral presentation.

Note: (1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is made. (2) All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics.
